Shipping rates for all orders are calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping location. *Excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska or to any remote or island property should contact us first for accurate shipping rates.
We ship to USA and these customers can checkout via our online store. International customers outside of these regions can contact us for a custom quote.
Items will ship as indicated on the product and checkout pages. These dates are subject to change and we will contact you if the expected ship date changes. We ship standard via ground carriers, with expected shipping speeds indicated at checkout. These timeframes do not include the packing lead times stated above, and are not guaranteed.
For large curbside delivery items, current production lead timelines will be listed on the product page.
Once your item has shipped, please refer to tracking info for transit time. Non-contiguous USA locations may take longer for delivery. Hawaii is considered an “International Shipment” and will take longer in transit. Some rural/remote locations may have limited freight service and/or delivery windows causing unexpected shipping delays. If your shipping address is not your primary residence and no one will be available to sign for it, please contact us to coordinate.

Most products and accessories ordered will be shipped to your doorstep via standard parcel carriers. You’ll receive a tracking number for your package via email when it ships. Some orders may be split into multiple packages based on warehouse inventory. You’ll receive a tracking number for each package via email, and a packing list of what’s included in the delivery. A signature will be required for orders over $800.
Large items will be shipped by standard curbside shipping. This means that the delivery driver will bring your package to the edge of your property or driveway, where the public land meets the private land, and no further. You will be required to inspect the shipment, sign for it, and move it to its final destination.
If your shipping address is not safely and easily accessible for a 5-ton truck and/or does not appear on Google Maps, or if you would prefer to arrange pickup from a terminal, you will need to contact us prior to delivery to arrange terminal pickup. Any additional fees incurred delivering to hard-to-access locations will not be the responsibility of EARTHN.

It’s the responsibility of the customer to inspect the order for any damage from shipping before unloading and accepting the delivery. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the item. EARTHN is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during transport. Items damaged during shipment are the shipping carriers responsibility, and damage claims can only be made by EARTHN if the customer rejects the damaged freight. Our team works hard to get you your order, but human error is possible. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
Any order changes after payment (e.g. size, color, or finish) must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, the order has already been prepared for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible for any order change requests.
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to discuss your return. In the event that you receive your product and it does not meet your expectations, EARTHN will accept returns (purchased directly from us) on any product in unused condition, if it's workmanship, functionality or appearance is not as described, within 30 days of original shipment date. Original invoice or receipt will be required. Return shipping, packing and applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items purchased from a Third Party are not accepted.
